Always on the lookout to support local business owners. I echo the sentiments of other reviews: Dave is very personable and friendly, effective communication, and has a plethora of knowledge to the mechanics of appliances (which he shares with you). Dave was able to get my locked dishwasher open, quickly assessed what needed to be repaired, and knew how to fix it. However the Universe decided to discontinue the replacement part I needed, which Dave searched for on the interwebs. His prices are honest, too. I’ve got DD’s Appliance Repair saved in my phone for the future and for referrals. Thanks again, Dave.

Dave is really amazing. He works with you based on your needs. For us, he was able to find a replacement motor and keep our Kenmore washing machine running when I thought it was going to be dead from age and use. It works better than ever. I never felt that Dave was trying to push me in anyway and he gave the straight facts of the situation and even explained thoroughly what was happening with the machine. Top notch! I recommend him to anyone having appliance issues.

We had a very old microwave with an idiosyncratic mounting system, but Dave and his apprentice (who was very nice and I’m totally forgetting their name, I’m sorry!) were able to make it work and improvise on the fly. They went above and beyond to swap the old microwave out for the new one, and also finessed an oven door replacement. They are responsive and we were able to schedule our appointment just a few days out. The cost was also competitive. Highly recommend these folks!
